Au sein du département Digital Europe Middle-East, vous intégrerez le département Catalogue & Emerchandising. Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l'Emerchandising, vous serez responsable de notre stratégie de classement et de recommandation personnalisée de produits, de son déploiement et de sa performance pour tous les sites e-commerce de Sephora en EME.

Vous êtes responsable de la définition, de la mise en œuvre et de la remise en question permanente de notre stratégie de personnalisation des produits en ligne:

- **Définir et conduire nos stratégies dans tous les pays**:

- Tri personnalisé des pages de catégories et des résultats de recherche : sélectionner et animer les critères de tri et leurs poids par type de page, Définir le processus de classement manuel.
- Recommandations personnalisées de produits : définir les règles pour chaque espace et les critères (best sellers, stock, vues, notes, etc.), définir les stratégies d'up-sell et cross-sell sur les pages produits et sur le panier.
- **Assurer l'harmonisation du parcours client en offrant une expérience cohérente et personnalisée au fil des pages à chacun de nos clients** (ex : cohésion des mises en avant des produits avec les messages marketing).
- **S'assurer que les sujets clés suivants influencent notre stratégie**:

- Impact et anticipation des ruptures de stock (ex Produits alternatifs).
- Omnichannel (intégration et poids des ventes au détail)
- Sensibilisation à l'environnement
- Mobile first : adaptation des règles à ce dispositif + Quid de la mobilité vs proximité du magasin
- Rachat
- **Gérer notre partenaire T2S et assurer l'évolution fonctionnelle continue de l'outil.**
- **Collaborer avec l'équipe Data sur**:

- l'intégration des données des magasins
- l'implémentation d'algorithmes maison
- **Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes**
- Equipes Emerch, Catalogue, Marketing, Offre
- Soutien aux pays
- Pays : Support, formation, suivi des performances
- **Suivi des performances**
- Création de tableaux de bord et définition des KPI à suivre
- Création de rapports de performance par espace, page...
- Contrôle et suivi quotidien
- Gestion et mise en œuvre des plans d'action

- Doté d'un excellent sens du produit, d'un bon relationnel, vous êtes proactif, autonome et organisé.
- Profil : École de commerce/numérique
- 4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Gestion du temps et des priorités
- Aptitudes interpersonnelles et capacité d'expression
- Relations humaines / travail en équipe / sens de l'écoute
- Méthodique, rigoureux et aimant les défis
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Outils : Excel et CMS. Des outils T2S et SFCC (Demandware) seraient une bonne opportunité
- Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais (obligatoire)

**Within the Digital Europe Middle-East department, you will integrate the Catalog & Emerchandising. **Attached to the Head of the Emerchandising, **you will be** responsible of our ranking and Personnalized product recommendation strategy, deployment & performance for all **Sephora's e-commerce sites in EME.

**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are prepared to take on the following responsibilities**

You are responsible to define, implement and continuously challenge our online product personalization strategy:

- Define and Drive our strategies in all countries:

- Personalized sorting of category pages and search results: select and animate sorting criteria and their weights by type of page, Define the manual ranking process
- Personalized product recommendations: define the rules for each space and the criteria (best sellers, stock, views, ratings, etc.), define the up-sell and cross-sell strategies on the product pages and on the basket
- Ensure the harmonization of the customer journey by offering a consistent and personalized experience throughout the pages to each of our customers (eg cohesion of product highlights with marketing messages)
- Ensure that the following key topics influence our strategy:

- Impact and anticipation of stock-outs (ex Alternative Products)
