Le Clubhouse 24, situé au Palais de Tokyo et au Musée d’Art Moderne va devenir un lieu d’hospitalité sur la période des jeux Olympiques de Paris 24. Ce lieu deviendra le lieu central d’une expérience d’hospitalité dans la ville, autour de pilier comme la gastronomie, les athlètes, des expériences olympiques, et plus.

Le “Site Operations Deputy Manager (H/F) Front of House / Back of House” sera rattaché.e à l’équipe Event production. Le « Site Operations Deputy Manager (H/F) Front of House / Back of House » travaillera main dans la main avec le « Senior Operations Manager » à qui il/elle reportera pour gérer les activités listées ci-dessous:

- Equipes d’On Location
- Flux
- Santé et sécurité
- Contrôle d’accès (Client, personnel, gestion des jauges)
- Logistique
- Stockage
- Nettoyage / gestion des déchets
- Maintenance

FONCTIONS & RESPONSABILITES

Gestion de projet:

- Assister le manager et cogérer le contrôle d’accès (accès publics ou accréditations pour le personnel) en lien avec les départements internes d’On Location.
- Accompagner et cogérer le flux des espaces en respectant les consignes de sécurité réglementaires notamment les jauges.
- Travailler avec l’ensemble des prestataires sur la gestion des livraisons, les plannings, et les VAP’S accès en lien avec les règles de sécurité de la ville et de Paris 24.
- Aider et cogérer le ventousage aux abords du site.
- Aider et cogérer les espaces de « Back Of House » (stockage, vestiaires, sanitaires, etc).
- Aider et cogérer les prestataires de nettoyage et des déchets.
- Aider et cogérer la maintenance sur les équipements.
- Coordonner la partie « health/safety & risk management » pour le personnel et le public.
- Aider et cogérer les équipements de bureaux (téléphonie, ordinateurs, imprimantes, Talkie-walkie, etc).

Rapports de gestion:

- Effectuer et suivre les rapports quotidiens lors de l’exploitation, en soutien du « Senior Operations Manager », notamment en cas d’absence.

Ressources Humaines
- Cogérer une équipe de plusieurs personnes ainsi que les prestataires.
- Cogérer l’accueil et l’intégration de cette même équipe.
- Mettre en place des procédures de service destinées aux personnes impliquées dans le projet.
- Cogérer les emplois du temps de l’équipe « Site Operations ».

COMPETENCES REQUISES ET QUALITES RELATIONNELLES:

- Niveau d’études Master 1/2, en Management du Sport et des Évènements.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience à un poste de coordinateur des opérations dans l’événementiel sportif.
- Rigueur et polyvalence
- Bon niveau informatique et en particulier sur des logiciels du pack office, et système de caisse (TBD)
- Compétences rédactionnelles (Français courant et Anglais professionnel)
- Autonomie dans le travail
- Forte aisance relationnelle et connaissance du secteur évènementiel
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Flexible sur les horaires de travail, notamment lors de l’évènement (weekend, horaires tardifs, etc.)
- Résidence à Paris ou proche banlieue
