**Missions à réaliser**
Au sein de la direction Digital & User Oriented Solution, un Cabinet de Leader Technique est responsable des choix d'architecture logiciel et de la veille technique pour le portfolio Mission Support Systems (MSS). La logique industrielle de développement des logiciels MSS repose sur l'intégration de briques techniques, bénéficiant de la recherche et développement externe, et de filière d'excellence interne, en visant de développer des solutions rapidement avec une démarche orientée utilisateur. Cette démarche est menée selon une approche DevOps. Le Technical Leader MSS collabore avec les différents responsables d'usine logiciel pour mener les activités exploratoires et prendre en compte le retour d'expérience. Ce que vous prendrez en charge au sein du Cabinet : Management : - Piloter l'activité de veille technique et la roadmap d'innovation ;
- Prioriser les Stories au sein de la Backlog d'innovation et chercher en permanence à maximiser la valeur métier pour les différents produits du portfolio ;
- Déployer et suivre les indicateurs de l'activité d'innovation. Ingénierie/développement : - Définir les architectures logiciels MSS en prenant en compte les objectifs DUOS en termes de juste assez ;
- Conduite des développements exploratoires (prototypage, améliorations/levée de risque) ;
- Définition de la roadmap technique prenant en compte les besoins d'entretien (cycle de vie des composants, MCO, MCS) et du retour d'expérience en production (besoin de refactoring, amélioration de la productivité). Autres : - Vous entretenez votre réseau externe pour assurer une veille et identifier des partenaires techniques potentiels ;
- Vous exercer un rôle de conseil auprès des leaders techniques des différents produits de la direction.

**Le profil recherché**:
**Description du profil**
Vous avez une bonne expérience dans le développement logiciel, vous êtes ingénieur informaticien désireux de mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes dans un contexte orienté utilisateur.Vous maitrisez les technologies de l'informatique, des compétences en développement logiciel (JAVA, XML, Pyhton, Javascript) sont de solides atouts. Vous êtes expérimenté sur le logiciel CARMEN.Vous êtes curieux et ouverts aux évolutions techniques. Des connaissances sur les outils d'analyse de données et la cybersécurité sont un plus.Vous êtes désireux de travailler dans des équipes collaboratives. Vous avez le goût pour la communication et la transmission : le poste nécessite des qualités d'entrainement.
