The Channels and Alliances coordinator will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships, managing alliances, and providing exceptional support to our network of channels and partners.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and maximize revenue through effective channel management.

**Main missions**:
As part of the Channels & alliances team, you will implement all actions necessary to boost the network of partners and develop the distribution of Cegos solutions.

**Channel Support coordination**:

- Assist in the implementation of channel management strategies, including partner onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement joint marketing and sales plans with channel partners.
- Support the monitoring of channel performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for channel optimization and growth.

**Alliance support coordination**:

- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners
- Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with alliance partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of alliance activities.
- Assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities that align with Cegos' business goals.

**Partner Support and Enablement**:

- Provide comprehensive support and enablement to channel partners, including training, marketing collateral, sales tools, and ongoing communication.
- Assist in preparing and developing marketing support materials such as brochures, presentations, and other relevant content
- Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and partner satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product and technical expertise to partners, ensuring their success in promoting Cegos' solutions.

**Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics related to Cegos' offerings.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to support informed decision-making.

You come from a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field.

You have a strong interest in channel management, alliances, or partner support roles.

You understand of marketing principles and strategies to support joint marketing initiatives, develop marketing materials, and analyze market trends.

- Basic understanding of the learning and development industry and its ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills, approaching native speaker level
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
