Position Duties

Dans le cadre du développement de ses salons, le SELL recherche un / une Event Manager.

En coordination avec le Délégué général et la Présidence du SELL, et en lien avec les adhérents, partenaires et prestataires, vos missions principales seront:

- Le pilotage stratégique et opérationnel de la Paris Games Week et des événements organisés par le SELL,
- La proposition de la stratégie éditoriale de la PGW, en lien avec les adhérents du SELL,
- La définition et le suivi des orientations budgétaires en lien avec le Délégué général, la Présidence et le Conseil d'Administration,
- La définition, la mise en place et le pilotage de la stratégie commerciale BtoB (exposants, sponsors, partenaires) et BtoC (billetterie) en lien avec la Direction de l'entreprise prestataire et le Responsable commercial PGW de l'entreprise prestataire,
- L'organisation de points réguliers entre les différentes parties prenantes (SELL, adhérents SELL, prestataires, partenaires, exposants, institutions publiques),
- La définition et la mise en place de la stratégie de communication (RP, eRP, site web, newsletters et partenariats médias), en lien avec le / la Communication Manager du SELL, l'entreprise prestataire et le réseau d'agences,
- La définition, la mise en place et le pilotage de la stratégie RSE du salon : accueil des associations, engagements RSE de la PGW,
- L'accompagnement des associations, partenaires et exposants,
- De proposer et participer à la mise en place d'animations et d'espaces phares de la Paris Games Week.

De formation supérieure avec une majeure Marketing / Communication / Evénementiel, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expérience en gestion d'événements de grande ampleur, en agence ou entreprise.

Intéressé(e) par le secteur du gaming et des nouvelles technologies, vous êtes curieux de l'évolution de l'écosystème et avez une bonne connaissance de ses acteurs.

- Rigueur, capacité à diriger un événement de grande envergure, de fixer une feuille de route et d'atteindre les objectifs dans les délais impartis
