Key missions:
You will contribute to the projects that are keen to maximize media efficiency, establish best measuring performance practices and increase access to innovations of our progressive Group. We will need your help to bring added value to our Media activation path and also ensuring that guidelines and processes are respected by our affiliates. You will also lead a conversation with our key partners in regard to advertising sustainability and brand safety.
In the Global Media & Precision Marketing team, in your day-to-day you will support the Digital and eRetail Media Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be:
Programmatic strategy for the group
- Facilitate the development of programmatic advertising accross the Group, by implementing the roadmap agreed through the deals signed with the global Adtech companies (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Assist in design & execution of experimentation pilots with selected Markets, collaborating with them to scale up the learnings more widely across the Group (e.g. test Google "Privacy Sandbox" in France)
Global media partnership and deals with global ad tech companies:
- Accompany the team in the development of their partnership strategy with global AdTech companies (strategic benefits & media added value)
- Work closely with Media, Google and other global AdTech companies, to monitor the implementation of the media deals and the roadmap's development.
- Coordinate the execution and implementation of the media agreements across Pernod Ricard's markets.
eRetail media strategy for the Group:
- Contribute to eRetail Media roadmap of the Group: from demand generation outside of the eCommerce website ("Offsite"), to visibility on the eCommerce website platform ("Onsite").
- Contribute to futur-proof the eRetail Media roadmap through pilots/ Proof Of Concept (POC) on key global eRetail Media solutions (data clan rooms, click2buy, etc.)
- Support the team in developing guidelines & toolkits to improve the development and the effectiveness of eRetail Media activations and investments across the Group - helping them among other to optimize their return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Accompany the team in designing and monitoring the Group eRetail Media KPI objectives to be achieved by all Markets.
Required profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Media/Digital/Marketing
- You have strong analytical skills and are data-oriented (ideally with knowledge of data visualization)
- You have demonstrated project management coordination capability
- A first professional experience in a media agency or digital media company is a strong plus
- You are proficient in Excel & PowerPoint Office pack
- You are fluent in English (mandatory)
