**Promis est LE courtier digital en assurances et épargne pour les professions libérales et les indépendants.**
Promis voit le jour en 2018, avec une grande ambition : faire souffler un vent d’innovation sur le marché de l’assurance et de l'épargne à destination des avocats, et plus largement des professionnels libéraux.
Promis utilise pour cela une technologie de rupture pour proposer à ses clients un ensemble de contrats d'assurances sur mesure : mutuelle, couverture des arrêts de travail/invalidité/décès (prévoyance), épargne et retraite.

Parce qu'il s'agit d'une population très mal protégée...souvent sans le même le savoir

Plus de 2000 clients en moins de 2 ans et une note de 5/5. Ça ne marche pas....ça galope

- Une webapp et un back-office entièrement développés en interne
- La suite Hubspot Marketing et CRM comme véritable colonne vertébrale de l'activité

**Le poste**
**Tu es Sales Development Representative, au coeur du processus commercial.**
En tant que SDR, tu as en charge de booster la croissance de l’entreprise en amont du cycle de vente.
Tu es sous la responsabilité directe d'un des associés de Promis.
Attention, il ne s'agit pas simplement "prendre des rendez-vous", mais d'initier une relation complexe et intime (nous parlons de protection sociale et de placements ) avec des clients premium très exigeants (des avocats)
Voici une liste non exhaustive de tes missions:
- Comprendre les besoins des prospects contactés, et identifier leurs problématiques pour les orienter dans le bon cycle de vente.
- Suivre tes chiffres, et avec la culture de l'objectif.
**Tu es issu(e) d’une formation école de commerce, formation de vente ou de marketing.**
- Tu sais (et as envie) t'adresser à des profils très différents.
- Tu as le goût de la vente ainsi qu’un vrai tempérament de chasseur (non éleveur ni account manager).
- Tu as l'esprit analytique.
- Tu es créatif(ve) pour trouver de nouvelles stratégies d’acquisition.
