Les challenges que vous allez relever:

- Développer vos comptes existants et conquérir de nouveaux clients.
- Détecter et identifier les projets de vos prospects et clients.
- Assurer la relation commerciale avec les clients et fournisseurs tout au long de l'exécution des affaires et projets.
- Réaliser vos offres techniques et commerciales.
- Garantir la bonne coordination entre les différents intervenants afin de garantir le triptyque qualité /coût /délai.
- Participer au recrutement de vos équipes en relation avec notre service recrutement.
- Tenir votre objectif de Chiffre d'Affaires sur un portefeuille de clients/prospects, tout en respectant les objectifs de marge de l'entreprise.
- Présenter le reporting auprès de votre Responsable de service et de votre Chef de département.
- Assurer un appui transverse sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée participant au développement de l'activité du service.
- A terme, manager vos équipes en les accompagnant dans leur développement professionnel.

L'équipe dans laquelle vous allez évoluer:
Vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur de la Région Ile-de-France.

Profil recherché
Issu(e) d'une formation Commerciale ou Technique de niveau Bac+5, vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans la vente et le suivi de projets techniques, BE ou Assistance Technique, idéalement dans le secteur des industries de process.

La connaissance du secteur de l'Industrie aéronautique et/ou des transports serait un atout supplémentaire.

Vos qualités relationnelles et esprit d'équipe sont reconnus.

Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome, pugnace, doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous avez le goût du challenge et aimez persuader et convaincre.

Votre leadership, associé à votre capacité à négocier et à convaincre, vous aidera à réussir pleinement sur ce poste.

La société évoluant dans un contexte international, la maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative.
