Notre cuisine, de type brasserie semi-bistronomique est créative, innovante et joyeuse. Avec plusieurs plats différents tous les jours à la carte (1 plat à base de poisson, 1 plat à base de viande, des grillades et 1 plat végétarien). Nous ne cuisinons que des produits frais et de saisons.
En collaboration avec les équipes du site, vous êtes la première image d'hudi pour nos membres. Votre bonne humeur et votre attention aux détails seront des facteurs essentiels à l'attractivité de l'immeuble et de la marque employeur des entreprises locataires.
**Vos missions**:
En collaboration avec les équipes du site, vous avez la charge de:
- Organiser un service de qualité en veillant à la satisfaction clientèle
- Gérer et former le personnel
- Contrôler les encaissements et s'assurer de la sécurisation des fonds
- Gérer les stocks et les approvisionnements (commandes, contrôles à réception, inventaires, analyses des écarts)
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiènes et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
- Développer le chiffre d'affaires du restaurant (fidélisation client, événementiel)
- Gérer chaque fin de mois le P&L, l'inventaire et le chiffre d'affaires
**Compétences et profil**:
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre excellent relationnel et votre leadership
- Dynamisme, polyvalence, rigueur et esprit d'équipe sont vos atouts
- Vous avez une sensibilité à l'univers des produits bio et l'environnement
- Diplômé d’un Master en restauration et hôtellerie, vous justifiez d’une première expérience, ainsi que d'une expérience managériale réussi
