**Your Role**
As Partnerships Manager, you establish and maintain relationships with partners to meet the three challenges of the partnerships division: increase the number of qualified leads, improve the customer experience through relevant integrations, and strengthen Zenchef's visibility in the ecosystem as a leading European expert.
You work closely with the KAMS, Marketing and Product teams to develop solid and value-creating relationships.
With a Sales experience, you have a natural ability to build relationships and explain the value proposition of our solution. You know how to ask relevant questions in order to find out the need of the interlocutor and to see how Zenchef can fit in this need. You know to focus on the 20% delivering the 80% and you like to analyse Data to draw meaningful conclusion improve process.
**Our Team**
Partnership team is responsible for managing relationships with strategic partners and ensuring that partnerships are aligned with Zenchef’s values and business strategy. The primary goal of the partnership manager team is to maximize the value of the partnerships to Zenchef and its beloved customers, while ensuring that all partners are contributing to the growth of the business and benefit from us to create value for their organisation.
Partnership’s missions:
- Generate more qualified leads for our KAMS team
- Increase customer satisfaction by enriching our product with third parties.
- Build a solid eco-system, increase visiblity and position Zenchef as an expert in the sector and strengthen its leadership position.
- Build the playbook of the group to plan the international expansion
Overall, the partnership team plays a crucial role in helping the company build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships amongst the eco-system, and in driving growth and success for the product and the business.
**Key missions**
- You identify and qualify potential new business partnerships to increase revenue and business growth
- You develop relationships with existing partners and ensure that agreements are maintained and dynamic to identify development opportunities
- You identify the potential and jointly build the objectives of the partnership (lead sharing, visibility etc)
- With the VP Partnerships, you participate in the negotiation of partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits for both parties
- You set up and manage partnership programs and monitor their performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- You animate the partners' eco-system (events, recurring calls, etc)
- Reporting: you provide regular reports on the status of partnerships, results achieved and opportunities for improvement to partners and VPs (Marketing, Sales and Product)
- You coordinate the project and exchanges with the partners and internal teams to ensure that the partnerships are used optimally to achieve their objectives.
**What we're looking for**
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a business role
- You’re data-driven, results-oriented and customer-centric
- You have strong organizational skills
- You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- You are comfortable with written and oral communication on complex topics
- You showed that you are autonomous, curious and proactive
- You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)
**You'll be our rockstar if**
- You have past experience as a partnership manager in a SAAS company
