**Role**:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Intern to join our Product Marketing team at Yousign. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating the seamless onboarding of users and driving increased usage of our eSignature platform. By creating engaging and informative resources, you will contribute to enhancing user adoption and revenue growth.
**Missions & responsibilities**:
**Help Center Management**
- Take ownership of our Help Center.
- Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly content, including articles, guides, videos, and tutorials.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Care Team to ensure up-to-date and relevant resources.
- Why it matters: Our Help Center is at the heart of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, enabling users to discover our product in autonomy._
**Educational Videos and Webinars Creation**
- Create informative product education videos with visual guides on how to use our platform effectively. No specific skills are required as training will be provided.
- Collaborate with the Product Adoption Manager to create and host webinars to educate and engage our users (in French only).
**Experience**:
- **Education**: Minimum Bac+3 education with eligibility for an internship.
- **Internship Duration**: Seeking a 6-month internship commitment, starting January 2024.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience as a Customer Success Intern or Content Manager Intern is a valuable asset.
**Profile**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- **Autonomous and Rigorous**: Capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- **Tech Enthusiast**: An interest in the tech industry and a knack for creating compelling content.
- **Content Synthesis**: The ability to simplify and synthesize content, making it accessible to a wide range of users.
