**Position Overview**:
As the HR Director at FlexAI, you'll lead our HR initiatives, driving the recruitment, growth, and retention of top talent. Your mission? To cultivate a diverse, innovative, and high-performing culture that fuels our startup's success. In this pivotal role, you'll shape our future by creating an environment where every team member can excel and contribute to our mission with passion and creativity.

- **Head of Culture**:

- Serve as the "head of culture," defining and nurturing our company culture as we scale.
- Ensure alignment of culture with our core values and objectives to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
- **Strategic HR Leadership**:

- Develop and execute innovative HR strategies aligned with the company's growth and business objectives. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention to drive organizational success.
- **Talent Acquisition and Management**:

- Lead the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent across all functions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet evolving talent needs.
- Create and oversee effective onboarding and retention programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- **Employee Relations and Culture**:

- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our core values and fosters innovation.
- Act as a champion for employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skills development across the organization.
**- HR Operations and Compliance**:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
**- Global HR Coordination**:

- Direct HR activities across regions, ensuring consistent practices and alignment with global objectives.
- Collaborate with HR teams in the USA and India to drive global HR initiatives.
- **Change Management and Organizational Development**:

- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, and agility.
- **Office Management**:

- Co-manage office-related tasks to maintain a conducive and efficient work environment.
- Partner with the office manager and finance team to support the needs of our growing team.

**You'll thrive with us if you have these elements**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a dynamic tech startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements, with a startup mindset for agility and adaptation.
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, crucial for navigating startup culture.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
