Créé en 2015, Diabeloop rassemble la personnalité, la passion et les compétences de** plus de 90 collaborateur-rices** en France (Grenoble et Paris).

Notre mission:

- rendre nos innovations accessibles aux personnes vivant avec un diabète ;
- Alléger leur lourde charge mentale.

**Nos solutions ont reçu le marquage CE**:

- ** DBLG1 System**, une **solution de délivrance d’insuline automatisée et personnalisée** pour le traitement du diabète de type 1 - marqué CE depuis 2018 ;
- ** YourLoops**, une plateforme de **visualisation de données médicales en temps réel**, conçue pour les systèmes de Diabeloop - marqué CE depuis 2020.

Depuis 2021, nous avons** lancé commercialement DBLG1 System dans six pays européens et équipé plus de 10 000 personnes. **Nous avons également un pipeline de produits en cours de développement pour répondre à davantage de besoins patients et étendre notre empreinte internationale.

**Description du poste**:
Par la qualité de vos conseils et votre compréhension des besoins, votre objectif sera de développer la présence de notre système de boucle fermée DBLG1 auprès des principaux centres de traitement du diabète et des distributeurs en France, et au service des patients.

En lien avec les différentes équipes de Diabeloop (formation, support technique, marketing et communication), vos principales missions:

- Définir et déployer les plans d’action permettant d'atteindre les objectifs de développement thérapeutique et les objectifs commerciaux définis
- Organiser et animer les actions de promotion et de démonstration des bénéfices de notre système DBLG1 auprès des professionnels de santé prescripteurs et des patients concernés
- Coordonner la formation des équipes médicales et des prestataires de soins à domicile avec l’aide de l’équipe de formateurs et apporter vos conseils pour garantir l’autonomie et la maîtrise du système
- Organiser et optimiser les parcours de soins des patients avec les distributeurs locaux
- Développer et gérer votre réseau de KOL (leaders d’opinion)
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et un partage d’informations utiles pour l’analyse des retours sur l’utilisation des praticiens et patients, et pour alimenter les équipes en charge du développement et de l’amélioration continue de nos produits
- Participer aux évènements scientifiques nationaux (symposium, congrès etc )

**Profil recherché**:
Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur fonction similaire (technico-commerciale) dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux et du parcours de soins à domicile.

Vous maîtrisez la diabétologie et démontrez un intérêt pour les produits et innovations associés (CGM, pompe ou stylo à insuline)

Expérience en animation de formations à l’utilisation des dispositifs

Excellente communication, clarté et pédagogie.

Pro-actif(ve), vous avez une réelle capacité à entretenir des relations de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs et à honorer vos engagements.

Connaissance des centres PSAD et réseaux de professionnels de santé du secteur

Autonomie, capacité à planifier, organiser et structurer votre activité en lien avec les priorités et stratégies commerciales définies

Aisance avec les outils informatiques. Rigueur.

La résidence sur le secteur est impérative (régions **Grand Est et Bourgogne-Franche-Comté**).

Déplacements quotidiens sur secteur et réguliers à l’échelle nationale
