Au sein de la division Retail, nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) Senior à haut potentiel autour d'un état d'esprit de collaboration, de partage de connaissances et animé par les défis. Votre rôle sera d'orienter, de conseiller et d'accompagner votre Client dans sa stratégie et ses actions quotidiennes grâce à la mise en oeuvre de solutions Big Data multi sources (panels, données fidélité, financières... ).
Votre terrain de jeu sera sur site, en télétravail et en présentiel chez votre Client.
Au sein de l'équipe Commerciale Retail composée d'une trentaine de personnes, vous serez accompagné d'un Key Account Manager et rattaché(e) à un Directeur(trice) d'Unité et vous coanimerez un Client Retail.
**Vos missions principales seront**:
- Contribuer à la croissance de votre Client en établissant un fort niveau relationnel, la pleine appropriation des solutions et leur adaptation,
- Apporter un conseil régulier à vos interlocuteurs de tous niveaux par des recommandations pertinentes et opérationnelles issues des croisements de données en vous appuyant sur une technologie puissante,
- Développer l'activité commerciale en diversifiant les solutions et en développant de nouvelles pistes de collaboration
- Vous avez un état d'esprit " Problem solving " parce que vous êtes positif(ve), volontaire et autonome
- Votre curiosité et votre agilité vous permettent de saisir les opportunités, de questionner efficacement vos interlocuteurs, de construire un réseau pertinent et durable
- Vous savez être analytique et surtout pédagogue
- Le sens du collectif est un atout indéniable de votre jeu
