Key Account Manager

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Commercial, le Key Account Manager aura les missions suivantes:
- Elaborer et appliquer la stratégie commerciale avec les différentes marketplaces (objectifs de CA et de marge)
- Analyser les performances de la boutique Aosom afin d’identifier les leviers de croissance pour maximiser l’accroissement des ventes : suivi des différents KPI (CA, marge, taux de transformation )
- Contribuer à maximiser la performance du catalogue produit (merchandising, actions marketing, promotions, campagnes publicitaires)
- Négocier les deals avec les partenaires
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle quotidienne afin d'aider au pilotage de l'activité (nouveautés produits, optimisation politique prix)
- Assurer une vision 360° des marketplaces dont vous avez la charge et être l’interlocuteur des différents intervenants (logistique, marketing )
- Maintenir à jour et optimiser les outils de reporting/dashboard de suivi d’activité quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels afin de suivre les différents KPI (CA, marge, taux de transformation )
- Identifier et remonter à l'équipe Produit les erreurs de contenu catalogue
- Analyser les marchés et marketplaces à fort potentiel
- Diplômé (e) d’école de commerce/ingénieur
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Key Account Manager ou Category Manager chez un e-commerçant
- Maîtrise de l'outil Excel
- Maitrise de l’anglais
- Bon sens commercial et relationnel
- Esprit d’équipe
- Autonomie et force de proposition, proactivité
- Un environnement de travail agréable et collaboratif
- Un poste avec autonomie qui vous permettra de réaliser des projets challengeant
- Télétravail: 1 jour par semaine
- Mutuelle prise en charge à 100%

- Remboursement du transport (50% carte Navigo)
- Date de début : Dès que possible
