**What you'll do**:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- **Product Marketing & Storytelling**:Design & implement local product marketing strategies, working hand in hand with global teams - including new product launches. Build product narratives & inspiring storytelling that strongly resonate with healthcare professionals to convince them to use our suite of solutions.
- **Content**: Craft impactful content to engage the French healthcare community
- **Brand Strategy & Execution**: Conceptualize and implement relevant brand campaigns tailored for the French market, ensuring they articulate Doctolib's values and resonate with local & specialty specificities.
- **Team Leadership**: Inspire and lead a team of 6 FTE content, brand & marketing professionals, nurturing their creative talents and guiding them to produce exceptional output.
- **Collaborative Synergy**:Collaborate effectively with global teams (Communications, Global Marketing & Design) to implement local brand campaigns aligned with global brand strategy & identity while meeting local market needs.
- **Brand & Content Budget Management**: Manage content and brand budget, aligning expenditures with creative impact and strategic goals.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 10+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis on product marketing, storytelling, branding, copywriting preferably within the French market.
- Proven leadership in managing creative or marketing teams and projects.
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates expertise in crafting narratives and brand campaigns that fuels growth
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is also essential.
- Agile and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- An opinionated brand thinker able to communicate and convince his/her strategies to top leadership
