**Role**:
The Commercial Executive (CE) is a Sales professional responsible to close companywide agreements and Cloud deals. As a CE you will leverage the 3 Microsoft Clouds (Microsoft Office365, Azure and Dynamics365) and drive Enterprise wyde deals all the way from deal consulting, deal design, commercial negotiation, closing and signature and billing. You will continually seek out revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross selling.

The Commercial Executive is an experienced deal maker who can understand the customer's strategy, build commercial constructs using the Microsoft's 3 clouds, across different solution areas and act as a Lead Negotiator to land the deal with the customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with Enterprise or Public Sector Customers to understand current and future commercial needs, partner with procurement, finance, Asset Management, Vendor Management offices.
- Agree on the best commercial deal through definition & negotiation of the commercial terms in collaboration with the Account Teams.
- Manage any discounting or changes to customer contractual terms using your own approval authority or working with other approvers as needed.
- Work through and with various sellers, both internally and externally to Microsoft such as partners, Microsoft account teams, other technical solution sellers to achieve revenue targets. Manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
- Lead internal sales and management teams through sales process optimizing for the right level of investment and customization.
- Early engagement and integration on Digital Transformation initiatives by leading customers through the procurement
- Land on time revenue by overseeing the deals through the negotiation to processing & invoice.
- Contribute to the Commercial Executives community by sharing best practices and insights on negotiation, deal making and sales execution.

**Qualifications**:
**Key Experiences**:

- Seasoned sales and negotiation professional, unafraid of conflict.
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners.
- Comfortable speaking at all organizational levels, from the CxO to the procurement/purchasing teams.
- Able to explain agreements, complex solutions; skilled at simplifying the complex.
- Strategic, long-term thinker able to analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Team player and collaborative
- In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft Licensing programs will be essential but not required at hiring.
- Understanding of challenges selling to Public Sector will be appreciated

**Education, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.
- 5+years of sales and negotiation experience is necessary.
- Field of Study: Business, Management, IT, Commercial Sales.
- Sales and partner management, sales processes and methodologies training as per Industry Standard
- ** Fluent French required. English needed.
