**Your New Role**

The Middle East, Africa & Turkey Sales Division is in charge of commercial partnerships (Warner Bros. Discovery & Eurosport) with advertisers across the region. Working in collaboration with the Sales Managers of the Department and under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Sales Manager's role will be to contribute to the development and optimisation of the Sales Department's commercial revenues, working closely with the Sales Managers and the Sales Director. You will also manage the cross-functional coordination of Key Accounts in the area and ensure a proper implementation of partnerships and ensure that all client’s expectations are exceeded.

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- In collaboration with the Sales Director and other Sales Manager, identify and lead advertising and sponsorship initiatives across the Region, partnering with top global brands to maximize their business and brand-building potential on Warner Bros. Discovery’s platform.
- Oversee prospect, pitch, negotiation, and delivery phases of client initiatives to meet revenue goals, ensuring competitive market positioning and client satisfaction.
- Create and build sales proposals that meet the identified objectives of prospects, using the appropriate solutions offered by the Discovery/Eurosport ecosystem.
- Engage with creative, commercial, editorial, marketing, digital, rights, research, and sales operations teams to align strategies and deliver client success.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, sales representatives, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth and success.
- Implement partnerships and advertising campaigns: monitoring and steering (internal/external), create partnership reports, including contractual and administrative follow-up.
- Facilitate clear, collaborative communication with clients, sales teams and internal departments to ensure a seamless execution of strategies.
- Identify new prospects and sectors of development.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven professional experience in similar roles is required, with significant experience in business development, ideally within an international network or media agency.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, structuring, and closing complex brand partnerships.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - creative thinker, results-oriented, passionate, ability to thrive in an unstructured, international and new business environment.
- Strong organisational/project management skills.

La division des ventes pour le Moyen-Orient, l'Afrique et la Turquie est responsable des partenariats commerciaux avec les annonceurs de la région, sur l’ensemble des produits du groupe Warner Bros. - Collaborer avec le directeur des ventes et d'autres responsables des ventes, identifier et diriger les initiatives de publicité et de parrainage dans la région, en partenariat avec les plus grandes marques mondiales afin de maximiser leur potentiel commercial et de développement de la marque sur la plateforme de Warner Bros. Discovery.
- Surveiller les phases de prospection, de présentation, de négociation et d'exécution des initiatives des clients afin d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus, en veillant à un positionnement concurrentiel sur le marché et à la satisfaction des clients.
- Créer et construire des propositions de vente qui répondent aux objectifs identifiés des prospects, en utilisant les solutions appropriées offertes par la chaîne Discovery/Eurospor
