Product Marketing Leader

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Proven track record in product marketing:
- Monitoring H2 ecosystem, identifying use-cases that will adopt fuel cells
- Working with sales to understand customer needs/ unsolved tech challenges
- Derive required GTX value proposition for fuel cell compressor
- Translate required value proposition into functional requirements
- Maintain product business cases
- Work w/ RDE to ensure RDE$$$ are allocated to most promising use-cases
- Work w/ customer teams to identify GTX hydrogen business opportunities
- Lead OEM VOC discussions to understand unsolved tech challenges => GTX business opportunities and the value we could bring relative to NBA
- Maintain 'customer playbook' defining sequence of interactions, customer needs, and GTX key messages across critical customers
- Orchestrate preparation of relevant customer meetings, ensuring common quality standard in discussion materials across customers
- Prepare quotes for GTX fuel cell offering
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Push GTX to go beyond its current capabilities to capture hydrogen growth opportunities
- Identify gaps in GTX capabilities
- Align development of complementary software & hardware offerings
- Align Should-cost team, ISC and SB to maximize GTX win-% AND profitability
- Work w/ MARCOM and PWT team to demonstrate GTX hydrogen offering / capabilities
- Working with Strategic Marketing Team to understand overall market environment
- Understand relevant drivers of hydrogen adoption => Monitor signposts
- Pressure test quantification of overall fuel cell industry model
- Understand emerging hydrogen value chain, esp. make-buy decisions
- Own resulting revenue opportunity for GTX fuel cell product offering
- Understand customer TCO perspective for fuel cell products and NBA

- Results orientation & Driving pragmatic solutions for the business
- Entrepreneurial spirit & business acumen
- Strong, top-down communication skills
- Fluent in English, further EUR languages a plus
