Votre rôle est de conduire des projets sur l'ensemble du réseau de services de réparation d'outils pour faire évoluer l'état d'esprit Lean au niveau supérieur.

**En quoi consiste le métier?**:
En tant que Manager de l'optimisation vous serez en charge de ;
1. Diriger et développer le déploiement de systèmes d'optimisations dans la communauté "After Market" et orienter la transformation vers une entreprise Lean
2. Suivre et auditer le processus et la progression des activités Lean dans notre réseau de centres de service d’outils afin d’améliorer continuellement les processus et les performances.
3. Assurer l’impact commercial en ce qui concerne la création de valeur durable ainsi que l’engagement des clients et des membres de l’équipe.
4. Identifier les opportunités inter-fonctionnelles pour améliorer l’efficacité globale de la chaîne de valeur et mener des projets de changement et d’amélioration en conséquence.
5. Favoriser la durabilité et le déploiement des systèmes "Hilti Lean Core" grâce à des programmes de perfectionnement, d’éducation et de certification pour tous les niveaux de membres de l’équipe
6. Aligner, mettre au défi et encadrer les leaders sur l’état d’esprit Lean et la gestion du changement. Participer et diriger des réunions de secteur (leadership)
7. Établir des relations solides avec les principales parties prenantes afin de stimuler la communication, l’alignement et la collaboration
8. Agir dans un environnement multiculturel, faire preuve d’agilité d’apprentissage et être proche des équipes
Hilti investit aujourd’hui plus de son 5% de son chiffre d’affaires en Recherche et Développement pour rester à la pointe de l’innovation.

**Votre profil**:
- Diplôme universitaire ou MBA en administration technique / des affaires
- Vaste expérience dans les projets Lean avec 5 ans d’expérience de travail dans un environnement international
- Expertise dans les outils et méthodes Lean (par exemple, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Obeya)
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets Lean
- Expérience dans le coaching et la formation de leaders
- Axé sur les résultats, structuré, ouvert aux échanges interculturels, travail d’équipe avec une passion pour faire la différence
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (d’autres langues seront un atout)
