About the RoleThe Global Early Access Manager provides leadership and direction in Early Access fields, including Early Access Programs-EAP, Named Patient Programs, and other initiatives. This role is critical for the operational delivery and effectiveness of Early Access initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation and execution of Early Access initiatives up to completion with high quality as per Ipsen's standards and requirements.
- Supervision of Early Access initiatives when handled by Ipsen affiliates.
- Development of EA documentation, including patient access forms, order forms, informed consent forms, and HCP responsibilities.
To be considered for this role, you must have Healthcare Professional qualifications or an advanced degree coupled with global early access experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset to provide strong direct global leadership/project management is essential. You will have exceptional communication and influencing skills.
