We are currently looking for a Country Sales Leader to join us at our facility in the Lyon area or being able to travel frequently to this location.
The Axcess Country Sales Leader is responsible for overall sales, profitability, and operations of Axalta Refinish products (paint, non-paint, services) sold to all direct customers via CoS in his/ her region.
**Key responsibilities**:
- has Profit & Loss responsibility for his/ her designated country.
- ensures Sales growth & profitability within the country by
- developing & executing growth plans f.e. retention of existing customers, acquire new customers, expand share of wallet (SoW)at existing customers.
- significantly driving non-Paint growth for the country
- driving sales promotions and product introductions for his/ her country
- executing pricing targets/ keeping pricing discipline
- manages the development, growth, profitability, and retention of key-customers.
- leads and manages the local teams and COS.
- drives Axalta’s value proposition into the country.
- attends in territory meetings and owns the data for his/her country.
- drives the foundation of new opportunities and extension of current contracts in close collaboration with Finance and Legal department.

- Clear track record of delivering and implementing sales strategy and sustained business growth.
- Business acumen
- Understanding and experience of working with matrix organizations
- Strong leadership and sales skills

- Supply Chain/ Operations Experience
- Ability to manage diversity locally**.**:

- Strong financial awareness and Business Acumen
- Ability to drive transformation.
- minimum of 5 years leadership experience.
- Proven sales experience at a senior level
- Refinish paint experience desirable.
- Traveling required.
- University degree
- Fluent in French and English
