Our pioneering designs and engineering excellence have led the way and helped Acorn become the world's first independent company specializing solely in the manufacturing and installation of stair lifts.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate agents in the allocated region to achieve set sales targets, working closely with them to set and meet expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze agent performance to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing call coaching to facilitate improvements.
  • Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with agents, set SMART goals, and follow up to ensure a minimum of 80% goal completion.
  • Define short- and long-term goals for the region to ensure growth aligns with business expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales trainer to develop and implement effective sales training and strategies, evaluating existing practices and processes for sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, products, and pricing, ensuring that sales team members are well-informed about our products.
  • Use product and market knowledge to manage retention performance and maintain a cancellation rate of less than 5%.
  • Liaise with recruitment as needed, participate in interviews with candidates for specific positions, and ensure successful trial periods with the assistance of the Sales Trainer.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
