**About the role**:
**Do you want to lead and contribute to the sales activities targeting specialist client representatives as well as C-suite level decision makers?**

Leading commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand the business is to your role, as is driving the team of sales specialists and colleagues aligned with strategy of the business area Supply Chain & Product Assurance. You ensure that we bring sharply defined services which help customers face the transformation in sustainability, safety, supply chain and product risk management. You propose solutions to companies matching the delivery capabilities, and you will strive for a high-performing collaborative culture and exceptional customer experience. You will get the opportunity to work on projects across a number of domains, and expertise is required in at least two (ideally more) of the following: risk analysis, occupational Health and Safety training, diagnosis, process safety management, definition and implementation of action plans aimed at establishing a health and safety culture based on best practices.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- You would be responsible for the sales growth, business development, sales skills development, and definition of new services and value propositions centered on Sustainability, Supply Chain, and HSE Advisory & Assurance
- You assume sales leadership to enable the DNV team to reach their sales targets, and you will have your own sales target
- Structuring deliveries together with your team and our colleagues around the globe
- Working closely with the marketing function to maximize channel effectiveness and an integrated approach from awareness building in the market to sales success

You will be measured against:

- A sales target commensurate with the above structural responsibilities and reflecting seniority of respective team members
- Accuracy of sales pipeline management and forecast in relation to sales results
- Customer satisfaction would be measured by our internal score card

You will be part of the French senior team and develop and implement the business strategy for sustainability, supply chain and HSE services in the French market.

**About you**:

- You bring extensive professional experience in the advisory or assurance arena, gained preferably in consulting roles with strong client exposure and commercial responsibility
- You might have minimum 10 years experience in leading corporate roles
- Sustainability is part of your DNA and you have had exposure to client engagements with a focus in fields such as Double Materiality, CSR, Life Cycle Analysis (e.g. circularity), Non-financial reporting, Second Party Opinions, Product Claim assurance or Green Finance
- You have successfully opened senior decision makers for ESG or Sustainability dialogue and can drive the sales process with your own team as well as with other departments and business areas
