**Segment Specialist HVAC and Utilities M/F/d**:

The Segment Manager secures end-user support for specific products and solutions in the HVAC and Utility segments. He/she manages and implements marketing/communication and sales activities in line with the agreed strategy in the OEM channel. He/she ensures customer satisfaction and continuously monitors segment performance. He/she directly supports the segment's major customers.

**This position reports to**:
Marketing & Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Structure the value proposition specific to the segments targeted on the ABB portfolio.
- Be responsible for achieving key objectives for targeted segments.
- Monitor market trends and recommend strategy adjustments and plans as needed to respond to market and competitive developments.
- Identify networks of influence, levers and segment trends.
- Be responsible for mapping all players in the given segment.
- Act as account manager for one or more major accounts in the country.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in targeted segments.
- Work closely with the relevant sales organization to help identify and secure projects.

**Your background**:

- At least 4 years' higher education with significant sales experience.
- Ability to work with IT and digital tools for project identification, customer follow-up and quotation preparation.
- Keen to keep abreast of product developments and developments in new markets.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Ability to conduct sales talks and negotiations.
- Leadership skills to unite sales teams around the segment.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
