POSTE
- En tant que Retail Performance Manager pour Louis Vuitton EMEA, vous développez la culture de la performance dans le réseau de nos 150 magasins, avec une présence régulière dans les magasins, afin de soutenir l'activité et d'assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- En ce sens, vos responsabilités comprendront, sans toutefois s'y limiter:
- 1. Suivi et amélioration des performances du magasin
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des outils de gestion et des KPI pour mesurer et optimiser les opérations du magasin. - Fournir une expertise aux membres de la Direction (DG, RD et CFO) sur le bon niveau de staffing en magasin. - Travailler avec les RPM régionaux pour assurer le bon match-to-traffic, les challenger et les accompagner afin de rationaliser le processus de vente. - Recommander des activités à valeur ajoutée qui augmenteront l'UPT individuel, favoriseront l'up/cross-selling, augmenteront la fidélisation et le taux de retour des clients. - Fournir régulièrement des analyses approfondies et travailler avec les régions sur un plan d'action pour améliorer leur performance.
- 2. Gestion de l'expérience client
- Mettre en œuvre la bonne stratégie Mystery Shopping afin de garantir le niveau d'excellence de vente offert par nos magasins à nos clients. - Animer l'excellence retail de nos équipes à travers le suivi du questionnaire Voice et organiser les Voice Awards annuels. - Collaborer avec le Retail Learning pour proposer des plans d'action aux régions afin de répondre aux attentes de la zone et former les nouveaux Team Managers rejoignant Louis Vuitton. - Soutenir la mise en place de nouveaux outils permettant d'améliorer la qualité de l'expérience client.
- 3. Ouvertures et agrandissements de magasins
- Etre force de proposition auprès des équipes Store Planning concernant l'espace lié à la conception des back-of-house, conformément à l'offre du magasin et aux réglementations locales. - Trouver de nouvelles idées pour améliorer les opérations grâce à des initiatives de conception de magasin.
PROFIL
- Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous possédez une combinaison des compétences et attitudes suivantes:
- Vous possédez une expérience significative dans le secteur du luxe en tant que Directeur ou manager en magasin. - Vous avez des capacités d'analyse et avez une expérience avérée en matière d'analyse retail et de KPI. - Vous disposez d'une connaissance approfondie du retail dans le monde du Luxe. Vous avez travaillé avec succès autour des notions d'Expérience Client. - Vos compétences en leadership vous aident à influencer les nombreuses parties prenantes autour de vous. - Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement multiculturel, êtes curieux, ouvert d'esprit et faites preuve d'une forte capacité à travailler en équipe. - Votre sens des affaires, votre agilité numérique et votre vision avant-gardiste sont de solides atouts pour bien performer au sein de notre organisation.
