Are you ready to start your career in a fast-moving, future-oriented environment? The International Graduate Program (IGP) at Infineon gives you full insight into how we come up with innovations. Our products enable self-driving cars, help save tons of CO2, and allow contactless (and secure) credit cards payments. Joining the IGP will give you the big picture of Infineon: Over the course of 18 months, you have at least three different assignments - one of them abroad. By working in different departments, you can get an idea of what suits you best. From the beginning, you’ll have a chance to roll up your sleeves and take on challenging tasks. Besides that, you have the opportunity to build strong global relationships across sites, functions and departments, and to meet the global IGP community face to face and at virtual conferences. And if that isn’t enough, you’ll have permanent employee status from the start.

As an IGP Product Application Engineer for our Power Distribution Division you will assist the customer support of a product family in the power distribution interacting with customers and different departments for the development of solutions and promotion of products. In this task, you will build many of the strengths we ask from our future leaders in our organizations.

Your program consists of the following elements:

- **At the Provence Infineon R&D site **, you will **take over the technical marketing tasks on a family **of Power Distribution **Products and contribute to the strategy of the product line.**:

- **An international assignment of 3-6 months either in China or Japan **to cover the different areas of our teams and support the adoption of our new gate drivers and to build up your own network.
- **You will support the technical marketing team in the promotion and support of an entire product family portfolio.**:

- **You will also share the responsibilities in the customer support for our new gate drivers, supporting customers in the adoption **and bringing experience and solutions in electronics, power electronics and embedded software.
- You will be actively engaged with the local team but also with technical marketing, product marketing and regional marketing.

You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics and always try to get new insights and ideas.
You don’t expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter. You question existing assumptions, put the customer at the heart of your actions and love change - which is guaranteed in the semiconductor industry. You are pragmatic and analytic, because we need both at Infineon. Standing still is not your thing. You find inspiration in working with different kinds of people, collaborating with your colleagues beyond borders on the big picture.

Plus, you fulfill the following qualifications:

- A **Master's degree **in **Electrical Engineering**:

- **Proven experience in embedded software development**:

- A solution-focused approach to **problem-solving**:

- A strong affinity for decarbonization and digitalization, as well as a **keen interest in technology and market trends**:

- **Fluency in English **, accompanied by excellent communication and presentation skills
