Plateforme de crowdfunding immobilier lancée en 2022, nous proposons à la plus grande communauté d'investisseurs en immobilier qualifiés de France d'investir en immobilier en quelques clics sur le téléphone à partir de 100€. Notre plateforme propose un double service : Permettre aux investisseurs d’investir sur des opérations à très bon rendement et aux porteurs de projets de financer leurs opérations immobilières.
Nous recherchons un Growth Manager passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Votre mission principale sera de développer notre entreprise en définissant et en exécutant des stratégies de communication, marketing et commerciales efficaces afin d'augmenter notre base d'investisseurs.
Vos missions- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie globale de croissance pour attirer de nouveaux investisseurs et fidéliser les investisseurs existants.
- Développer et exécuter des campagnes de marketing digital et de communication, incluant les réseaux sociaux, le SEO, le SEM, l'email marketing, et d'autres canaux pertinents.
- Analyser les performances des campagnes marketing et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des données et des retours.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché et développer des initiatives commerciales innovantes.
- Gérer les relations avec les investisseurs, répondre à leurs besoins et préoccupations, et assurer une communication transparente et efficace.
- Surveiller les tendances du marché immobilier et les activités des concurrents pour maintenir une position de leader dans le secteur du crowdfunding immobilier.
- Utiliser des outils d'analyse et des métriques pour évaluer l'impact des stratégies mises en place et optimiser les efforts en continu.
- Diplôme supérieur en communication, marketing, gestion commerciale ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative (minimum 5 ans) en tant que Growth Manager ou dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur de l'immobilier ou de la fintech.
- Compétences avérées en stratégie de communication, marketing digital, et gestion de la relation client.
- Capacité à analyser les données et à prendre des décisions basées sur des insights.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
- Fort esprit entrepreneurial et managériale avec une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à s'adapter dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Connaissance des outils de marketing digital, d'analyse web, et des plateformes de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
