Tokimo est née de la volonté de Matthieu Degli Innocenti, premier formateur en immobilier commercial de France, et Christopher Wangen, premier influenceur/formateur en immobilier de France, à démocratiser l’investissement immobilier au plus grand nombre.

Après avoir formé des dizaines de milliers de personnes, ils se sont rendus compte que les gens n'investissent pas, malgré la formation. Ils ont voulu alors trouver une solution qui permettrait à n’importe qui d’investir dans l’immobilier, ultra facilement en quelques clics depuis leur téléphone.

C’est dans ce contexte que le crowdfunding est apparu comme la solution la plus adéquate, avec un double avantage :

  • Démocratiser l’investissement immobilier
  • Aider les professionnels de l’immobilier à financer leurs projets, peu importe le contexte bancaire.

C’est en s’appuyant sur leur image forte des réseaux sociaux et du digital qu’ils ont créé Tokimo. L’objectif est de dépoussiérer l’investissement immobilier et en faire une activité simple, ludique et accessible.

Vos missions

Vos missions:

  • Identification de problématiques métiers (côté investisseurs et côté immobilier) et traduction en problématiques data.
  • Conception et prototypage de modèles de data science adaptés à différentes typologies de données en lien avec les différentes activités de l’entreprise : fidélisation des clients, prédiction du nombre de projets, ciblage de campagnes marketing, prévision des capacités de collecte par mois/semaine.
  • Préconisation d’actions concrètes et aide à la décision afin d’améliorer la rentabilité de l’entreprise.
Vos compétences

Vos compétences:

  • Vous êtes en préparation d’un diplôme BAC+5/ diplôme d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en data science, mathématiques appliquées ou statistiques.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par la mise en œuvre de modèles analytiques à des cas concrets dans les domaines de l’immobilier, de la tech et de la finance.
  • Vous êtes appétant(e) à la mise en pratique de méthodes innovantes tel que l’IA générative sur une typologie variée de données
  • Vous avez une bonne maitrise d’un des langages de programmation Python ou R.
