Le poste de Growth Marketer (H/F) 35H/semaine Travail en journée Jamais Votre mission: Participer activement au développement de notre pipeline commercial en : - Générant davantage de leads qualifiés - Optimisant chaque étape du funnel de conversion - Réduisant le coût d'acquisition et améliorant la rentabilité des actions marketing Vous serez impliqué(e) dans l'ensemble du cycle acquisition → activation → conversion. Vos responsabilités: 1. Paid Acquisition - Conception, lancement et optimisation des campagnes Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads et Meta Ads. - Analyse quotidienne des performances : CPC, CPA, audiences, pertinence des annonces. - Proposition de nouveaux axes de ciblage, messages, tests créatifs. - Réalisation d'un reporting avec recommandations. 2. Optimisation du site & CRO - Mise à jour et optimisation du site sur Webflow. - Amélioration des pages clés : simulateur, prise de RDV, pages offres. - Mise en place et suivi d'A/B tests (formulaires, contenus, visuels, CTA). - Renforcement des éléments de réassurance (preuves sociales, micro-interactions). 3. SEO & Content Growth - Veille concurrentielle et analyse des opportunités SEO. - Rédaction d'articles optimisés selon les intentions de recherche. - Optimisation on-page : structure, mots-clés, maillage interne. 4. Analyse & Automatisation - Suivi et interprétation des KPIs : conversion, ROI, volume de leads. - Utilisation de GA4, Tag Manager, pour produire des insights actionnables. - Création d'automations dans Pipedrive & intégrations Calendly / Webflow pour fluidifier le funnel. 5. Expérimentation & Growth - Proposition et test d'idées - Mise en place d'itérations rapides pour améliorer le taux de conversion. - Documentation des tests (hypothèse → action → résultat → apprentissage). Profil recherché: - Bac +3 minimum (marketing, digital, data, business.). - Appétence forte pour le growth marketing, la publicité, l'analyse de données et l'optimisation. - À l'aise avec les outils digitaux, curieux(se) et orienté(e) résultats. - Qualités : rigueur, esprit analytique, créativité, autonomie, envie d'apprendre et de tester.
