Job Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive leadership, strategic guidance, and proficient management for a company or business unit.
- Guide the organization towards its goals, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial success.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales revenue through market share expansion, capturing a larger share of customer spending, upgrading products, and encouraging recycling conversion.
- Develop deep relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in customer organizations.
- Ensure production processes are optimized for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality output.
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic initiatives, aligning with the overall mission and vision.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide strong leadership to the local management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in manufacturing, sales, production, QA, supply chain, and finance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role within the can-making or packaging industry.
- At least 10 years of managerial experience.
