Summary

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Partner to join our team. As a Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our firm, leading client engagements, and developing our business. You will be responsible for generating revenue, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the development of our firm's strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Duties

Develop and execute a personal business development plan to generate new revenue streams and grow business

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with C-level executives and other key decision-makers

Lead the development of proposals, pitches, and other sales materials to win new clients and projects

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable relationships

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty

  • Client Delivery

Lead and deliver high-quality strategy consulting projects, providing expert advice to clients on their challenges

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions

Collaborate with other Partners and team members to deliver exceptional results and ensure seamless execution

  • Firm Development

Contribute to the development of our firm's strategy, operations, and growth plans

Participate in firm-wide initiatives, such as thought leadership development, marketing, and talent management

Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or boutique
  • Able to speak fluently in French and English. Other languages appreciated
  • Strong track record of delivering high-quality results and generating revenue
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business problems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution prefered
