Your Mission As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.” Each cycle you lead will integrate: Protocols – guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action Loops – adaptive, AI‑powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user Personalization – experiences that feel uniquely theirs, every time AI agents – specialised agents that enhance the student journey with actionable insights Key Responsibilities Own the full learning system architecture, from design to execution Design journeys, not just content and lessons Scripting learning experiences that engage both heart and brain, ensuring each element serves transformation Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: loops, AI agents, protocols, membership Craft premium, high‑impact course experiences Co‑create new courses with experts and top performers, translating their genius into cinematic, science‑based journeys Lead end‑to‑end design: strategy, copywriting, content delivery Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, personas, and curriculum structure Write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow of AI conversations until every exchange feels human and transformative Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness; define KPIs beyond completion Apply principles from habit formation, self‑determination theory, behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention Ideal Candidate Experience 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred) Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end, with measurable results Comfortable with AI tools and Figma Proven track record designing digital learning experiences across videos, articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc. Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs Traits Craft‑obsessed: driven to deliver with a doer mentality, outcomes bias, willingness to work beyond 9‑5 Strong writing skills and editorial thinking for high‑quality content Strong aesthetic sensibility for course feel User and impact obsessed; outcome‑focused Critical thinker; turns vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenges assumptions, rebuilds models with real data Digital and AI savvy; can build AI agents or demonstrates ability to learn and apply Language French: native English: fluent; able to converse on specific details and the official written communication is English IT MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU Expects a deep rewrite of loops, prompts, and emotional shifts; not a spreadsheet optimizer.
