money moneyProduct Designer (F/M/X)Working within the Feeback Management Product Team, you will play a key role in designing seamless user experiences that empower brands across 8,000 sales channels to leverage consumer feedback effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesUX/UI Design- Craft intuitive and engaging B2B user interfaces for review collection and management, ensuring consistency with Skeepers' brand identity.- Develop seamless user journeys, optimizing ease of use and engagement for brands leveraging customer reviews.User Research & Analysis- Lead the product design process from discovery to final testing.- Conduct research, persona analysis, and usability studies to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.- Translate insights into data-driven design decisions that optimize the platform.Usability Testing & Iteration- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on designs to improve user experience.- Ensure designs meet both business goals and customer expectations.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Customer Teams to align design strategy with business objectives.- Involve stakeholders in the discovery process to gather insights and validate design feasibility.Design System & Consistency- Collaborate with other Product Designers to maintain a consistent design system across Skeepers' product suite.- Share best practices and innovations to ensure a unified user experience.Innovation & AI Integration- Stay up to date with design trends, competitor benchmarks, and AI-driven innovations to enhance the B2B and B2C experience.- Work with data teams to leverage AI for personalized and impactful user experiences.Performance Tracking & Optimization- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure design success.- Use data and insights to refine user journeys and prioritize design improvements with the product team.In order to give you more insights, here are the tools we are using : Figma, Miro, Jira, Productboard, MixpanelRequirementsWhat are we looking for ?- 4\+ years of experience in UX/UI roles with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and SaaS design work.- Expertise in Figma and design system development.- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and usability heuristics.- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.- Familiarity with user-centered and data-driven design principles for both web and mobile applications.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to present structured, data-driven design rationales.- Experience with SaaS solutions is a plus.- Fluent in French and proficient in English.- Be part of a passionate and very efficient team that will allow you to quickly increase your skills.- Have the opportunity to play a strategic role within a dynamic structure on an innovative market.- Have a perspective of internal evolution thanks to the structuring of the group on a national and international scale.- Benefit from restaurant vouchers- Work in a hybrid way from home or in the office according to your work/life balance.- Participate in seminars and other events organised by the group.- Be part of a group that develops an entrepreneurial and intrapreneurially spirit: let your creativity and your desires speak for themselvesSkeepers is the European leader in shopper engagement solutions.
