Key Responsibilities (mid‑market SDR) Initiate relevant conversations with decision makers (training managers, L&D, HR) to help solve online learning challenges. Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach). Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns. Secure appointments for Account Executives in the mid‑market (500–2000 employees) through follow‑ups, outbound calls, and personalized messages. Identify key stakeholders within organizations and build trustful relationships using confidence and strong communication skills. Analyze prospective client needs to propose tailored solutions. Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records to track interactions and lead activity. Stay informed on market trends to position Go1 as the preferred content solution for businesses. Share ideas and insights in team meetings to improve sales and marketing processes. Collaborate with Account Executives to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Required Profile 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience. Passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. Resilience and determination to handle the challenges of SDR work. Ambitious, viewing this role as a stepping stone to AE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable on the phone for outbound calls. Organized, capable of juggling multiple priorities. Fluent with technology tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Knowledge of the HR / Training sector is a plus. Proficient in French and English (written and oral), focused on South EMEA (France priority). German proficiency is an additional advantage. Team & Onboarding Reporting to the Growth Marketing service, working closely with Sales; based primarily in Paris. Co‑working with a recent SDR hire. Onboarding and probation conducted in person, with flexibility. Direct manager: Antoine, Head of Growth South EMEA. Compensation & Benefits Base salary €35,000 with a 70/30 commission plan (non‑capped). Plan for stock‑options. Flexible work arrangement with onsite onboarding at our Paris office.
