Nous garantissons le respect des règles de non-discrimination à l'embauche et nous nous engageons à aider les personnes éloignées de l'emploi.»* Télétravail (2j/semaine)We are looking for a **Group Junior Product Manager- Tech&Print** to join our Group Merchandising team based in Marly (59), France for **12 months.*** Under the operational responsibility of the Group Merch Support Coordinator (GMSC): be in charge of sharing information and ensuring the correct application of group decisions in the subsidiaries & supplier partners and be responsible for the creation & management of the items in the SAP/STEP database and the product base.* Under the operational responsibility of the Group Category Buying team (GCB), support the buying team in the relationships with the suppliers.* Manage product assortment selection, including new additions, continuations, and deletions.* Ensure optimal stock and product availability through supplier partnerships and internal stakeholders.* Collaborate with category specialists on product information and sustainability.* Support the Group Sustainability policy and "90% by 2026" goal.* Increase the share of Group products in all markets (commonality).* Lead category meetings with all market’s representatives to implement the Lyreco strategy.* Provide category knowledge and training to subsidiaries.* Recommend selling price positioning and margin expectations.* Business oriented Degree (min BAC + 3).* Minimum 1 or 2 years in product, purchasing or administration* Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment* Able to work both independently and in highly collaborative environments* Positive, energetic and dynamic team member who share ideas and take initiatives* Results and solutions oriented* Strong change management skills* Toughness and persistence (negos)* Good communication and influencing skills* Proactive with the ability to multi-task* Fluent professional English* Experience working in an international environment.* Performance bonuses.* Profit-sharing and participation schemes.* Initiatives supporting work-life balance (company concierge services, sports associations, carpooling platform, on-site daycare).* Lyreco is a signatory of the Diversity Charter.
