YOUR MISSIONS: Operational activity: In charge of daily treasury management (payments, bank transfers, short‑term external investments, currency hedging proposal, internal current accounts management) and answer to countries’ operational requests. Compliance and risk: Apply & control hedging policy (13 currencies in the scope), liable for the security of the Treasury Management transactions as well as bank authorizations, apply & control legal and tax compliance of treasury transactions (treasury agreements, transfer pricing, intercompany loans & deposits, etc…) and contribute to a documentation system of procedures & manuals in line with the group financial strategy. Expertise and audits: Manage group cash position for the whole Group functional perimeter (42 subsidiaries/25 countries), manage monthly & yearly closing operations, contribute to the cash management process (cash pooling, investment internal/external, year‑end operations, etc), participate to any upgrade of the treasury tool or implementation of new tools, collaborate with the treasury team to tool training and process supports animation, participate in subsidiaries reviews (ensure accuracy & correct application of procedures), contribute to the implementation & roll‑out of group and subsidiary cash forecasts and follow/animate countries’ deliverables, produce ad hoc financial analysis/reviews/audits. Performance optimization: Participate to the optimization of the group cash position & financial result, produce & analyze cash position report and cash forecast, shared with Top management and Shareholders, contribute to the finance transformation by making sure processes are continuously optimized and standardized. Business partner: Involved in relationship with our external partners: Banks, Service bureau, Investments Advisor, Auditors, Financial data provider, Fintechs, …, ensure regular contact & support the local teams in their daily activities, closing procedures, understanding our processes, developing SAP/Treasury tools, and addressing their local issues; act as a business partner by collaborating with other Lyreco departments. YOUR PROFILE: Finance master degree or business school Minimum 2 years’ experience in a treasury or similar department Good understanding of corporate treasury ecosystem Ability to read & understand financial statements & ratios High analytical skills Team player & ability to build strong relationship Proactive and ability to adapt & evolve into a multicultural environment Good communication skills with a positive mindset Curious & proactive SAP & TMS (Treasury Management System) experience is a plus REASONS TO JOIN LYRECO: Experience working in an international environment.
