The Ops AI Platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. You will join at ground zero, shaping the architecture, product, and foundation. Key Responsibilities Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools with context‑aware chat modals, allowing Ops to review agent reasoning and actions. Empower non‑technical users to create and maintain agents at scale (prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, evaluation). Build a complete set of tools and connectors for AI agents to internal data, external servers, and web dashboards. Ensure safety and accuracy: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop validation, fine‑grained permissions. Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of automated tasks daily. Influence system architecture and code quality, mentor engineers, and participate in hiring. What we’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience, excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems. Experience with LLMs, tool calling, human‑in‑the‑loop, internal tool UX, multi‑agent architectures. Strong background in full‑stack software engineering, system architecture, with a focus on back‑end. Experience with traditional ML or LLMs or ML dev‑ops is a plus. Product‑mindful, self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, and enthusiastic about teamwork. Fluent in English; French not required.
