Job Overview Sales Development Manager – 100% remote – Europe at Hostaway. Hostaway is a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry with innovative solutions and partnerships with giants like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking. We are a profitable, high‑growth company recently raising $365 million. NOTE: This is a fully remote role, but the candidate must be based within Europe to collaborate with their team, peers, and customers. You do not have to be in the specific country or city shown in this listing, but please only apply if you are physically based within Europe. About The Role As the SDR Manager, you will lead a team of sales development representatives to drive top‑of‑funnel growth and generate high‑quality leads and opportunities. You will build a world‑class SDR organization through strategic leadership, coaching, and process optimization. Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent while fostering a high‑performance culture. Develop and implement sales development strategies that align with Hostaway’s growth objectives. Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular coaching to ensure team targets are met. Establish scalable processes for lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and handoff to Account Executives. Partner closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead flow targets. Deliver accurate performance data and actionable insights through data‑driven analysis. Requirements Proven success in building, scaling, and managing SDR/BDR teams in a high‑growth SaaS environment. Strong understanding of the EMEA market and regional nuances in sales strategies, buyer behaviour, and communication styles. Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft). Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high‑performing SDRs. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize SDR performance using KPIs and data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language would be strongly advantageous.
