Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Management : management of our raw material stocks and relationships with carriers (disputes and action plans, continuous improvement).
  • Master Data Management : Secure supply chain master data parameters (Lead time, MOQ, TCO, Safety stocks for FG & RM) under group guidance.
  • Process Support : Assist with new product introductions and phase-outs alongside the site Supply Chain Manager.
  • Process Improvement : Enhance processes using the existing ERP, self-developed tools, or new group solutions. Be able to prepare and realize the switch on new tools with IT team (ERP, WSM, …).
  • Sales & Operations Planning : Implement Sales & Operations planning with group tools, including demand forecasting, capacity management, and supplier forecasting.
  • Project Management : Support projects around warehouses, sister company warehouses, and 3PL to help the site grow and rise its capacity.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience : 1 to 3 years of work experience as a Supply Chain Specialist, preferably in the food or assembly industry with complex bill of materials.
  • Skills : Strong analytical background, expertise in Master Data, IT, and Microsoft Office suites with development skills.
  • Languages : Fluency in English; French.
  • Personal Attributes : Open and social personality, collaborative team player, eager to learn and continuously improve.
