Your mission • Transform member requests into delightful experiences.• Provide swift, timely, and transparent guidance across email, chat, and call‑back channels.• Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system and the needs of our B2B partners. Responsibilities Provide member support 80% of the time, delivering meaningful solutions and clear information. Devote 20% to innovative care projects tailored to your expertise. Lead process‑improvement initiatives: identify key improvements, transform data insights into actionable solutions, and lead end‑to‑end implementation. Build high‑performing project teams and guide colleagues. Qualifications Passion for helping people and solving member challenges. Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken). Confidence in using technology and digital tools. Empathy, calm presence, and initiative. Experience or keen interest in the French healthcare system (preferred).
