About The Role 🚀 To support our growing sales team and accelerate deal closure, we are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially-minded RevOps Manager to join our sales operations team. You will be the strategic partner for our Account Executives, ensuring every proposal is competitively priced, legally sound, and optimally positioned for success. If you thrive in fast-paced commercial environments, enjoy crafting winning proposals, and want to play a critical role in revenue growth through operational excellence, let's discuss Contract & Legal Operations Review and analyze contractual terms, clauses, and legal frameworks from an operational perspective Collaborate with Ops and Sales teams to ensure contract language supports business objectives while mitigating operational risks Maintain expertise on standard industry terms and negotiate favorable conditions within approved parameters Proposal & Pricing Excellence Partner with Account Executives to develop competitive pricing strategies tailored to client requirements and market positioning Conduct thorough quote reviews to ensure accuracy, profitability, and alignment with company standards Sales Strategy and Process Improvements Support country-specific sales strategies by analyzing market dynamics and competitive landscapes Analyze proposal outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and refine sales materials with the Marketing and RevOps Teams Proactively collaborate with sales enablement to develop comprehensive training on pricing strategies, margins, and contractual considerations Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing in SaaS environment.
