ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic design and operational excellence of technology deployments across Accor's global hotel network.Build and own deployment funnels and frameworks to orchestrate rollouts.Develop a hospitality tech tooling roadmap to support regional teams.Contribute to reshaping the IT operating model and evolving roles to enhance productivity.MissionDeployment Funnel & Framework DesignDesign scalable, automated end-to-end deployment frameworks including capacity planning models and demand intake processes.Align with product and regional teams through continuous feedback collection.Tooling & Field Operations EnablementBuild a comprehensive tooling roadmap for field operations based on needs assessment.Drive end-to-end execution from vendor selection to full adoption by regional deployment teams.Deliver structured enablement programs (training calendars, playbooks, performance tracking).IT Operating Model Transformation & Role EvolutionReshape and redefine the IT operating model to align with evolving business needs.Define evolved role definitions, responsibilities, and RACI frameworks.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in technology deployment, project management, or IT operations in hospitality or multi-site retail environments.Strong background in process design, capacity planning, and operational frameworks.Experience with SaaS platforms and providers (e.g., ServiceNow).Previous roles may include Senior Project Manager, Deployment Manager, IT Program Manager, or GTM Manager.CompetenciesCross‑functional leadership without direct authority.Process design and optimization.Data analysis and quantitative modeling.Communication and presentation skills.Organizational design and role definition.Coaching and performance management.Productivity measurement and optimization.Fluent in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
