Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer Join to apply for the Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer role at Alan. Mission & Impact Equip the Sales team with tools to craft, price, and contractualize insurance offers in one go. Manage contract lifecycles to keep them up‑to‑date with legal requirements and responsible consumption practices. Support Alan’s claim engine, billing system, and other stack components that rely on these offers to deliver a pristine member experience. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: build a single system for four countries and multiple product lines, powering Alan’s growth for the next decade. AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: enable autonomous sales teams with AI‑assisted coverage, pricing, and real‑time contract generation. Automated Renewal System: automatically review and adjust coverage annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. Complex Problems: model a complex world in a simple stack, tackle real‑time pricing, and overcome scale challenges. The Stack Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership – you build it, you own it. Qualifications 3+ years building scalable backend systems.
