What makes you stand out? Experience building e‑commerce products in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Reimagine and create an innovative, seamless shopping experience that positively impacts members. Tackle high‑impact, high‑pace projects involving many stakeholders. Design and enhance a powerful platform used daily by thousands of members, scaling rapidly. Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the e‑commerce platform. Qualifications 5+ years of engineering experience, leading major initiatives from conception to delivery. Full‑stack engineer with specialization in backend development. Member‑facing product expertise – able to build delightful user experiences at scale. Experience with TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment; proficiency in Object‑Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. A collaborative, team‑first mindset. Clear progression in career with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact. Humble and willing to grow. Fluent in English. Important note: we hire people, not roles.
