Notre client William Sinclair Executive Search, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un(e) head of finance (H / F) en CDI. Le poste est situé à Trappes (78). Votre mission Vous assurez la gestion de la croissance positive des ventes ainsi que l'efficacité des coûts du Fonds de roulement. Vous surveillez les créances en souffrance et le DSO, en veillant à améliorer les performances. Vous assurez la satisfaction de toutes les demandes de l'audit interne, avec zéro action Cat 1 / Cat 2 en souffrance. Vous participez à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie financière EMEA TOM. Vous participez à l'élaboration des rapports financiers internes et externes, à la mise à jour hebdomadaires / mensuelles / trimestrielles des prévisions et aux planifications annuelles. Vous êtes garant de l'amélioration continue des activités financières et comptables, de l'intégrité financière de toutes les transactions et factures et vous assurez le respect de toutes les exigences légales. Vous participez à la mise en place des services financiers de premier ordre pour l'Op Co. Vous veillez à ce que tous les délais du groupe soient respectés et assurez la liaison avec le directeur financier EMEA sur tout problème lié à la finance. Vous préparez les comptes de gestion mensuels et les rapports dans des délais stricts Vous assurez la conformité avec les exigences de contrôle G3 ainsi que la réconciliation complète des P&L. Vous vous conformez aux exigences comptables / fiscales locales et assurez la liaison avec les fournisseurs tiers afin de garantir la livraison de tous les rapports statutaires et fiscaux locaux. Vous préparez les plans d'audits internes et externes. Votre profil Expérience en accompagnement au changement et transformation, dans un esprit d'amélioration continue. Vous êtes orienté « solutions ». Bonne connaissance des environnements internationaux, et capacité à s'adresser à des interlocuteurs de haut niveau Vous êtes autonome et doté d'un bel esprit d'équipe. Vous avez la capacité de générer des résultats dans un environnement complexe. Bon esprit d'analytique et de synthèse, pragmatique et conscient du contexte : vous êtes en capacité d'identifier les mesures appropriées pour analyser et interpréter efficacement les données dans un contexte de performances de vente. Vous avez un esprit constructif et tourné vers un contexte d'amélioration continue. Organisé (e), vous savez gérer les priorités et respecter les délais. Vous faites preuve d'un réel leadership et d'un engagement fort. Sur ce poste à l'international, l'anglais est la langue de travail 2 jours de télé travail par semaine. #J-18808-Ljbffr
