Technicien/Technicienne Support Client - Logiciels Imagerie Médicale
Location: Illkirch‑Graffenstaden, Grand Est, France
MEDIN+ is a leader in medical imaging tele‑radiology, supporting over 6 million patients per year across France. The role is based in our e‑Media subsidiary, responsible for providing technical and customer support for imaging software products.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and handle customer support calls and tickets, including troubleshooting and incident analysis.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain ticket system, update client data, and close tickets following a rigorous review process.
- Prepare and install software on client servers, including configuration of manufacturing, archiving, and MediaBOX solutions.
- Conduct on‑site or remote installations and provide product training to clients.
- Participate in on‑call rotations (night/week‑end) and respond to Zabbix alerts.
- Assist with equipment deployment, inventory monitoring, and coordination of setup for new clients.
- Manage project lifecycle: create projects in SI, ensure prerequisites, and communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma in computer science or related experience.
- Proficiency with office software and solid knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and industrial imaging devices.
- Experience with web applications and database systems.
- Strong time‑management, prioritization, and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and clear communication.
- Ability to work independently with regular reporting.
