Within the Naboo Agency team, you will take ownership of our most ambitious projects. Your core mission is to design and orchestrate immersive, large-scale seminars (300+ attendees), ensuring a flawless experience from the initial brief to the final checkout. You will be the conductor of the orchestra, coordinating all stakeholders to create unforgettable moments. Responsibilities Large-Scale Project Management: autonomously manage complex offsites and events for groups of 300+ people, mastering logistics, accommodation, transport, F&B, and activities. 360° Coordination: act as the central pivot between the client, internal teams, and a multitude of service providers. Creative & Strategic Partner: create innovative concepts, immersive themes, and formats that strengthen company culture. Client Relationship: build deep, trusted relationships with key accounts, serve as advisor and problem‑solver. Operational Excellence: ensure rapid and accurate responses, conduct fair negotiations with vendors, maintain rigorous attention to detail. Team Leadership: onboard and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise to improve internal processes and tools. Ideal Candidate Language: English and fluent French (non‑negotiable). Experience: Agency background, organizing large‑scale events 300–1000+ pax, track record of successful complex operations. Skills: Ultra‑organized: mastery of spreadsheets, retro‑planning, and processes; can manage multiple high‑stakes projects simultaneously. Creative: flair for subtle detail and proposal of fresh ideas. Resilient: remains calm under pressure, handles last‑minute changes with a smile. Personality: enjoys client interaction and collaborative teamwork.
