Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Senior maitrisant l’anglais pour organiser des événements de moyenne et grande envergures, dans différents secteurs d’industrie en France et à l‘étranger.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la réalisation d’événements en France et à l’étranger
- Vous êtes maître(sse) du budget, des objectifs de vos projets, de la sélection et de la coordination des prestataires
- Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois et de travailler avec différentes équipes projet
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome, vous gérez les appels d’offre et menez les présentations et réunions clients avec assurance et pertinence
- Vous avez une expérience sur le terrain et êtes flexible, vous vous déplacez quand il le faut
- Vous **maitriser l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral**, pour animer des échanges fluides et exécuter toutes les responsabilités du poste décrites ci-dessus

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets événementiels
- Vous êtes proactif(ve) et curieux(se), vous savez identifier les meilleures solutions pour les clients avec une solide connaissance des acteurs de la profession
- Vous êtes très organisé(e) et avez le sens des priorités pour respecter les deadlines, parfois courtes, avec la pression associée
- Vous savez travailler en équipe, dans la bonne humeur et vous aimez les échanges
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec Pack Office et les outils technologiques proposés aux clients selon le brief (site de gestion de participants, plateforme de streaming, autres)

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager, with a sound experience in the industry and a good command of English, to orchestrate medium and large-scale events in different sectors of industry in France and abroad.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing medium and large-scale events in France and abroad
- You are responsible for adhering to budgets and project objectives, and for selecting and coordinating service providers
- You are able to manage several projects at once and working with different project teams
- You work autonomously, managing pitches and conducting presentations and customer meetings with confidence and relevance
- You are used to be on-site, you are flexible, traveling when necessary
- You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate fluid exchanges and carry out all the job responsibilities described above

**Your profile**:

- You have + 10 years' experience in event project management and you are fluent both in **French** and in **English**:

- You are proactive and curious, able to identify the best solutions for customers, and have a strong knowledge of the partners in the industry.
- You are highly organized and have a good sense of priorities, so you can meet deadlines - sometimes tight ones - with the associated pressure
- You know how to work in a team and enjoy sharing your experience with people
- You are at ease with Pack Office and the technological tools proposed to customers according to the brief (guest management website, streaming platform, etc.).
