Consulting, configuring, and managing Cloudflare services to optimize web performance, security, and reliability for enterprise environmentsPosition OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Cloudflare Engineer to provide expert consulting and administration of Cloudflare services, including CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, WAF, and edge computing capabilities. You will work closely with security, network, and development teams to enhance application delivery and safeguard digital assets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain Cloudflare configurations covering CDN, DNS, firewall rules, and caching policiesManage DDoS mitigation, bot management, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) settings to protect web assetsConfigure SSL/TLS, page rules, load balancing, and performance optimization featuresProvide technical consulting and best practices advice for Cloudflare deployment and integrationEvaluate application architecture and recommend Cloudflare features to improve security, scalability, and performanceAssist teams in leveraging Cloudflare Workers and edge computing to build serverless applicationsMonitor Cloudflare dashboards and logs for performance, security events, and incidentsRespond to security alerts and support incident investigation and remediation effortsCollaborate with DevOps and security teams to automate Cloudflare policy enforcement and reportingDocumentation & TrainingDevelop and maintain documentation on Cloudflare configurations, policies, and operational proceduresTrain internal teams on Cloudflare features, usage, and security best practicesStay current with Cloudflare product updates and evolving security threatsRequired Qualifications5+ years experience working with Cloudflare or similar edge security and CDN platformsStrong understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and web security principlesExperience configuring WAF rules, DDoS protection, and performance optimization settingsFamiliarity with Cloudflare Workers or other edge computing frameworksProficiency in scripting or automation for cloud infrastructure managementPreferred QualificationsCertifications related to cloud security, networking, or Cloudflare-specific trainingExperience integrating Cloudflare with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD toolsKnowledge of broader cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architecturesBackground in incident response and security monitoring in cloud environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
